The Final Report Form for grantees from the 2008-09 fiscal year is also available below. Final Reports are due July 31, 2009. Applicants must turn in final reports to be eligible for funding in future years.

Grant Recipients must acknowledge Flagstaff Cultural Partners and the City of Flagstaff / BBB Revenues in their promotional materials and use the provided logos below where possible.
